FAQ

FAQ

How do I make sure I order the correct size?

I strongly recommend getting sized by a professional jeweller using. I also offer a “Guaranteed Fit” service, where once an order has been received I send out sizing rings before making your final piece to ensure a perfect fit.

How long does it take to make my ring?

Each ring is made to order and typically takes around 2 weeks to create. During busy periods (especially around Christmas), this may take a little longer. I always aim to keep you updated throughout the process.

Can the rings be resized?

Most of my rings (especially titanium and mixed-material designs) cannot be resized in the traditional way. If sizing is incorrect, I offer solutions such as remakes or adjustments — just get in touch and I’ll help sort it.

Are your rings suitable for everyday wear?

Yes — they’re designed for daily use. Materials like titanium are incredibly strong, lightweight, and resistant to corrosion. With proper care, your ring will last for years.

Can I add engraving to my ring?

Yes. Inside engraving is available for a small additional cost. You can add the Engraving listing to the basket with your message during checkout or contact me if you want something specific.

Will I see my ring before it’s sent?

Yes. I send photos of your finished ring before dispatch so you can see exactly what’s been made for you.

Are your rings really handmade?

Yes — every ring is individually handcrafted by me in my UK workshop. I don’t mass-produce or outsource anything, so each piece is made to order and completely unique.

Can I customise my ring?

Absolutely. You can choose different widths, finishes, and materials depending on the design. I also offer inside engraving for a personal touch. If you have a specific idea, just message me and I’ll help bring it to life.
