Shipping policy

All orders are handmade to order in my UK workshop. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your ring to be crafted before dispatch. During busy periods or for more complex designs, this may take slightly longer.

You will be notified once your order has been completed and dispatched.

Shipping Methods

UK orders are sent via a tracked and secure delivery service. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. UK

International orders are sent using a tracked postal service. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country, but typically range between 5–14 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays outside of my control.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in the purchase price.

Sizing Verification Orders

If you have selected the sizing verification service, sample rings will be sent prior to your final ring being made. This process will extend the overall delivery timeframe.

The final ring will only be made and dispatched once your size has been confirmed.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. I cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Delayed Items

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.

While all items are sent using tracked services, delays can occasionally occur due to postal issues outside of my control.
