Returns & Exchanges Policy

As each ring is individually handmade to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Every piece is created specifically for you, based on the size, width, materials, and finish selected at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your ring arrives damaged, or if it has been made incorrectly compared to your order specifications, I will of course put this right.

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the problem

Once reviewed, I will arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution.

Sizing

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct ring size is provided when ordering.

If you are unsure, I strongly recommend confirming your size before purchase. I offer a sizing verification service, where sample rings are sent to ensure the perfect fit before your final ring is made.

If this service is used, the confirmed size is considered final, and returns or remakes due to sizing issues will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
